For UK customers, the following is a guide to when your order will arrive:
Economy 2nd Class Mail – 2 to 5 working days
Expedited 1st Class Mail – 1 to 2 working days
Next Working Day – 24 hour delivery (excluding Sat or Sun)
For International customers:
Europe – 4 to 10 working days
Rest of the World – 7 to 14 working days*

A: Orders paid for before 4pm Monday to Friday are usually sent same day. Orders outside these hours are usually sent next working day.
A: Please note that some items may not fit through a standard letterbox and some items require a signature. In this case goods may be held at your local sorting office. Please contact the sorting office to rearrange a delivery time. The postman should leave a card but in our experience goods will be held there even if you did not get a card!
A: Yes - we ship worldwide. Please put your order in the shopping basket to get your quote. All our order are sent with international tracking. Tracking details are only issued to us once the goods leave the country and they are assigned a local tracking number. If you need a tracking number, please contact us 3 days after purchase.
A: We use only the most secure payment handlers for your orders. SagePay, Amazon and Paypal. We do not have access to any of your card payment or Paypal details, this information is only held by the payment handler who have some of the most secure systems in the world
